Widget builder

Finding your merchant token

  1. Sign in to the WeGetFinancing backoffice with your merchant account.
  2. Open Integration, then Conversion boosters.
  3. Copy the value shown as Your token ID. It is a long base64 string and it is the same token your existing integration already uses.
  4. Paste it above. The builder writes it into the snippet. Under ?devel=true an offers ↗ link appears beside this field, which fetches that merchant's real programmes so you can see the snippet working.

One token per merchant account. Sandbox and production are separate accounts with separate tokens, so use the one for the environment you pick above. The token identifies the merchant, not a person: it is not a password, and the widget sends it in the URL of a public endpoint.

What are you adding?
PPE is the price and purchase power estimator: the monthly payment, shown beside each price on your pages. Clicking it opens the financing summary for that product.
The element holding the price the estimate sits under.
The element holding the product's name. Read for one purpose only: it is the product description pre-filled into the Apply Now loan form, so it does nothing unless Apply Now is on.
Quote this instead of reading the price off the page. How a cart total is passed, and the only way to show an estimate where there is no price element.
Put the estimate inside this element instead of at the price. When it is set, placement below is ignored — the element already says where.
Where the estimate goes when no container is named. Its text takes its size from what surrounds it: below the price it matches your page's text, inside the price it matches the price.
The cheapest purchase worth advertising financing on. Below it the widget draws nothing at all — no estimate, no link — rather than quoting a payment a shopper would not want. It does not lower a lender's own floor: an offer that starts at $500 still starts at $500.
A percentage of the price it sits under.

Modal
The classic panel puts the link in its footer, the compact modal in a row of its own, and the full layout at the end of its disclaimer.

Marketing's library, under their own names. Drawn on the financing page, not in the classic or compact panels.
Shown where you embed the full layout yourself. It is not carried to the hosted financing page: that page is reached by a URL anyone can write, so it takes only a vertical's name.
